Creating Your
Practice
A 4-week virtual experience for women who are tired of holding it all together — and ready to rebuild their relationship with the one person they've been neglecting most. Themselves.
Ancient practice meets modern science.
Each session weaves movement and breath with a deeper understanding of how your nervous system actually works — so the peace you build on the mat becomes the peace you carry with you.
Walk away with a yoga practice that grounds you, a body you trust, and a mind you no longer have to fight.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF —
You know something needs to change. You just don't know how to begin.
You're ambitious and overwhelmed at the same time. You want more for yourself — more clarity, more alignment, more aliveness — and you feel guilty for wanting it.
The thoughts spiral. The emotions sit in your chest with nowhere to go. You're functional on the outside and exhausted somewhere deeper.
You're a mother — or a woman carrying a full inner world — who gives everything to everyone and can't remember the last time you felt genuinely present in your own body.
You want to show up better — for the people you love, and mostly for yourself. You just don't know where to start or how to get past the resistance in your chest.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
"This is not a fitness program. Not a flexibility challenge. Not something else to be good at, keep up with, or fit into a schedule that's already full. This is a practice built around your real life — the overwhelmed, ambitious, deeply feeling life you're actually living."
I was a yoga teacher
who had lost her
own practice.
I knew every pose. I could teach a beautiful class. But when postpartum began to settle into my day to day — everything I thought I knew about showing up for myself started to disappeared.
All at once I was in an unknown emotional territory, overwhelmed, and feeling the pulls of ambition. A stay-at-home mom with a full inner world and no idea how to access it. The emotions lived in my body with nowhere to go. The thoughts spiraled. The clarity I'd always been able to find on the mat felt suddenly out of reach.
So I built Creating Your Practice for myself first. To navigate the emotions, quiet the spiral, and find my way back to alignment — not so I could perform wellness, but so I could actually show up. For my daughter. For my family. And mostly, for me.
What I discovered is that the mind-body connection — the thing that makes yoga genuinely transformative — is almost never the focus in a typical class. We're cued into shapes, not into awareness. And women like me, like you, are quietly searching for something deeper with no idea where to begin or how to move past the resistance sitting in their chest.
This program is the answer I wish I'd had. It's for you.
THE FOUR WEEKS
One transformation.
Four chapters.
One transformation.
Four chapters.
WEEK ONE
You Are Welcome Here
What You'll Learn: Why resistance isn't failure — it's your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do. Safety has to be built before practice can begin. This week, we build it.
WEEK THREE
Consistency By Design
What You'll Learn: That inconsistency is a design problem, not a character flaw. You'll build a personal practice around your real life — not the ideal version of it.
Everything that's included
4 Live Weekly Sessions
60–75 minutes each on Zoom. Movement, breathwork, teaching, and space to share. Recordings sent within 24 hours.
Guided Audio Practices
A body awareness practice and a "Returning Home" meditation — yours to return to anytime you need to find your way back.
Small Group Container
Five women only. Intimate enough to feel safe. Shared enough to feel held. No strangers — this cohort is by personal invitation.
WEEK TWO
Your Body Has Been Talking
What You'll Learn: How to read your body's signals — stress, fatigue, readiness — and the difference between discomfort worth staying with and pain worth honoring.
Each week includes a 30–45 minute guided yoga and breathwork practice, along with a supporting resource to help you carry the work into your daily life.
WEEK FOUR
Coming Home
What You'll Learn: How to weave body awareness into the small moments of daily life — the pause before a hard conversation, the breath before a decision, the check-in before you perform again.
A Daily Practice Log
A downloadable tracker and journal to support your daily practice between sessions. Simple, non-prescriptive, yours to keep.
Mid-Week Check-ins
A personal voice note from Briana each week — to see how you're integrating, what's arising, and what support you need.
