Hi, I’m Briana—the teacher, coach, and guide behind In Stillness We Rise. I believe yoga is one of the most powerful ways we can come back into relationship with ourselves—not by forcing change, but by creating the kind of space where change feels possible. My teaching is grounded, curious, and deeply human. I’m less interested in how a pose looks and more interested in how you feel while you’re in it—and what that awareness gives you access to off the mat.

I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Professional Life Coach through iPEC, with training in vinyasa, Ashtanga-influenced movement, and trauma-informed practices. I bring these threads together to create experiences that are supportive, thoughtfully challenging, and rooted in nervous-system awareness. My work blends movement, breath, and reflection to help people build resilience, trust their bodies again, and feel more at home within themselves.

Whether you’re a wellness professional looking to expand how you support your clients, a mother reconnecting with your body after birth, or a team or community seeking to rebuild a healthier relationship with movement and inner wellness, my offerings are designed to meet you where you are. I create intentional spaces that empower, invite growth, and foster real connection—spaces where you don’t have to perform or push, but can explore, strengthen, and rise together.

I’m passionate about leading exemplary yoga and wellness experiences—locally and across the country—that leave people feeling grounded, capable, and supported long after the session ends. In Stillness We Rise is an invitation to move with integrity, care for your inner world, and remember that growth doesn’t always come from doing more—sometimes it begins when we finally allow ourselves to slow down and listen.
